The Foire internationale et gastronomique de Dijon is back for the 101st time

Save the date!
An unmissable event for more than a century, for both gourmets and simple curiosity-seekers alike, the Foire internationale et gastronomique de Dijon is back, November 1-13, 2022, for the 101st time! With more than 160,000 visitors from all walks of life, and nearly 600 stands, the fair is a key event in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region and promises to titillate all your senses.

Salon Vinidivio and Concours des Chardonnay et Pinot Noir
Wine is an important part of the event, so the Salon Vinidivio spices it up with three important ingredients: a challenge—with the Concours des Chardonnay et Pinot Noir, an opportunity for discovery with the salon, and a treat for gourmets with its Paulées.
This year the focus is on the richness and diversity of the terroir, so the Concours has invited prestigious representatives of the Charonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties from France, Europe, and all over the world to share its table. Visitors can also (re)discover all the expressions of these not-to-be-overlooked grape varieties at the salon and the Paulée.

Éric Goettelmann, Honorary President of the Concours
Eric Goettelmann
’s roots are in the region, and his savoir-faire makes him the perfect ambassador for the event.
Elected Best Sommelier in France in 2018, Eric first gained experience at the mythical Maison Loiseau in Saulieu, and then in the emblematic Paul Bocuse restaurant in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or.
He has returned to the nest as the Executive Head Sommelier, to be one of the faces in ‘Ancrage 2023’, the new Loiseau generation.
What principle guides Eric Goettelmann? “Excellence!” As honorary president and spokesperson for the competition, it’s a goal that he will also set for tasters.
